First Supply’s HVAC Training Leading the Way to LEED


Madison, Wis.. – First Supply hosted three HVAC focused GREEN seminars this spring. Customers at the New Brighton, Minn branch and the attendees of the 2009 HVAC Dealer Meeting and Trade show learned about the products and procedures that qualify for LEED credit.

Keynote speaker, Robin Pharo, president of Healthy Homes and director of the Wisconsin’s Green Built Home Program shared the importance of building healthier homes. Attendees learned about the best practices and most effective products for building greener, healthier and more sustainable buildings. The seminars focused on the HVAC building process while emphasizing the guidelines and requirements to earn LEED points and certification. Over 100 dealers attended the seminars.
