Luggage Allowance

Northwest
Carry-on: One piece of baggage on board the aircraft plus a purse or briefcase or laptop computer or small backpack. The carry-on baggage must be of a size and shape to allow for storage in overhead compartments or underneath the seat in front of you. Cannot exceed 45 linear inches (9 inches by 14 inches by 22 inches. For more information click here.

Checked: Baggage up to a maximum of 50 pounds* (23 kg) and a total linear dimension of 62 inches (158 cm) per piece. Number of pieces allowed is determined by destination. Delta
Carry-on: One carry-on bag and one personal item that does not exceed 45 inches (length + width + height), or 115 cm; fit easily in our SizeCheck® unit (approximately 22"x14"x9", or 56x36x23 cm); fit in an overhead bin or underneath the seat in front of you.
Personal Items allowed:
-Purses, briefcases, camera cases, and diaper bags
-Laptop computers (can’t be checked and must be carried on)
-Items of a similar or smaller size to those above If your carry-on bag doesn't meet these size restrictions it must be checked, and all checked baggage rules will apply.

Checked: One bag, per passenger at no extra charge. There is a second bag fee applied to travel between U.S. and Mexico. Each bag must weigh 50 pounds (23 kg) or less and not exceed 62 inches (157 cm) when you total length + width + height. Click here for more information.

Continental
Carry-on: Continental will permit one bag plus one personal item (see below), per customer. The maximum combined linear measurement (L + W + H) of the carry-on bag is 45 inches (115 cm)up to 14 in x 9 in x 22 in. The maximum weight: 40 pounds (18 kg). Personal items include one small personal article such as a briefcase, purse, day planner, small laptop computer, camera case, compact disk player or similar sized personal entertainment item. Checked: Two pieces of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 50 pounds (23 kg) and a maximum outside dimension of 62 inches (157 cm). Outside dimension of a bag is equal to the width + height + depth of the bag added together. The fees are discounted for bags that are checked and pre-paid at continental.com. American Airlines
Carry-on: One bag plus one personal item per passenger that is no more than 40 lbs/18 kgs
and is no more than 45 inches and the personal item is no more than 36 inches when you add the length + width + height so that it fits in an overhead bin or under the seat. Personal items include backpack purse, briefcase, laptop OR a similar item such as book bag or tote that does not exceed 36 inches( length+width+height) and fits under the seat.

Optional Tours
First Supply has selected 3 spectacular optional tours for you: Sierra Madre Expedition, Caletas by Day and Snorkeling/Whale Watching. These tours require an early sign-up to attend. Please register for this tours by fililng out the Sign-up Form and faxing to Burkhalter Travel (Fax: 608.833.8527) before Tuesday, December 1. Note: The complimentary city tour requires an early sign-up as well (see sign-up form). This optional and free event has transportation and guides which First Supply must reserve before travel to Mexico. Please tell us how many from your party would like to attend.
