ONLINE Invoices and Statements - An Eco-Friendly Way of Doing Business

Listed below are the basic workings on how to retrieve your online invoices and statements once you have signed up for the Go Paperless option. eSupply allows you to view documents, save, print, organize… a great system for creating efficiencies in your business.

  1. You will receive an email when an invoice or statement is ready to view.
  2. Clicking on the link in your email will direct you to login eSupply where you will be taken to the invoice or statement that is ready to view.
  3. You can view your invoices any time by going to the “My Orders” tab and putting in an order number, job name, or by selecting a date range.
  4. You can also view your statements anytime by going to the “My Account” tab and clicking on the account info button… then choosing which month(s) statement you wish to view.
  5. Print or save to your computer - come back to view at any time.

Questions & Answers on eSupply

Q: How do how search for product?
A: There are a couple of different ways to search for product:
  1. If you know our part number, a vendor part number, or a keyword just type that into the seach box and either hit enter or the magnifying glass
  2. If you aren’t sure exactly what you are looking for, we have our drill down options. Click on a product category, followed by a subcategory to that. Once you have done that just put in the attributes you are looking for

Q: How do I place an order?
A: The following steps will explain how to create an order.
  1. When you have completed the search of what you are looking for, simply click on that product and hit the button that says “add to cart”
  2. If you are in your shopping list you have two ways of adding to your cart. If you just want to add one item to your shopping cart, at the end of the part number simply hit “add to cart” If you want to add more than one item from your shopping list to your cart simply hit “add list to cart” at the top of the page. This will add everything that has a quantity next to the part number to your shopping list
  3. Once you are done shopping for product just click on the “My Cart” at the top of the page. This will take you to your shopping cart. If you have anything in your shopping cart this is where you will see it. You will need to hit “check out”. You will come to a order details page. Please fill everything out. Hit “review order”
  4. The next page will be a summary of everything we just did. Hit the “Place the Order” button and the next page will be your order number and the order itself. You will also receive an email letting you know that the order has gone through.

Q: How do I create a shopping list?
A: The following steps will explain how to create a shopping list
  1. Click onto the product you are looking to add to a shopping list
  2. Underneath the part number will see a button that says “New Shopping List” select the list you wish to add this item to.
  3. Then hit the “Add to List” button
  4. If you don’t have any list created or want to create a new list simply leave the list name to “new shopping list” hit the “Add to List” button and a screen will come up for you to name your shopping list
  5. Click on the “My List” tab at the top to go to your list
  6. From you list you can also create a new shopping list
  7. You can also enter a First Supply number in the part number field and add an item to your list as well.

Q: How do I search for Invoices?
A: To search for invoices, just click on the “My Orders” tab, and then enter any of the following. Our order number, your job name, or PO, a part number, and finally you can search a date range to find your invoices


Q: How do I search for Statements?
A: To view your statements, just click on the “My Account” tab and then click on the “Account Info” button. Here you will be able to view your payables, as well as select an invoice to view
