Septic Installation and Troubleshooting Class - Owatonna, MN

4 hour Class Agenda

Proper installation of Infiltrator Chambers, Tanks, and EZ Flow systems.
Talk about how wide to dig trench for a chamber the importance of walking down the chambers and proper cover. Discuss how deep to bury IM tanks and riser installation, also correct baffle installation.  Correct way to bed and backfill IM tanks. Talk about digging the trench for EZflow and walking them down, how to use EZflow in mounds. Discuss proper installation of EZflow.

Electrical troubleshooting floats, pumps and alarms
Show how to check to see if floats are good or bad. How to walk through and check to see if pump is good. How to check panels in a systematic way for demand dose and timed dose panels.

Proper installation of Eljen pretreatment system
How the Eljen works to get pretreatment, also the history of it. Proper sizing of system in accordance of soils. Proper installation of system along with how to become a certified installer. Proper way to do the maintenance of this system.

Question and answer
Last minute questions on anything in class or any other questions related to septic systems.
